  4. Once the Graduate School has emailed you your fee waiver decision, submit your online application.

Public Health, DVM, and PharmD applicants

Several Oregon State professional programs like the Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM), PharmD, and some programs in the College of Public Health and Human Sciences (CPHHS) require applicants to complete an application outside of the Graduate School application system. The Graduate School cannot provide waivers for these external applications. Learn more about fee waivers/fee reductions on the DVM, PharmD, Public Health affiliated application websites. The Graduate School can provide fee waivers for the supplemental questions portion of the College of Public Health and Human Sciences application that is completed through the Graduate School application.

International applicant fee waivers

The Graduate School does not have application fee waivers for international students. International applicants can check with their local EducationUSA advising office to see if there are educational opportunity programs or local recommendations to fund study in the United States.
