Graduate Summer Step supports the acclimation and success of graduate students who identify with historically marginalized communities. It is not necessary to be a member of a historically marginalized community to attend, but attendees must meet at least one of the criteria below:
- You are a citizen of the United States.
- You are a permanent resident of the United States and have a Permanent Resident Card. If your card is expired, you have an extension approval document.
- You are an asylee or refugee with an approved I-797 or I-94 document.
- You are a Citizen of American Samoa, Palau, the Republic of Marshall Islands, or the Federated States of Micronesia.
If you have questions or are unsure about your eligibility to participate in Graduate Summer Step, please reach out to Ashleigh Anderson at [email protected] to discuss.
