Diplomas are issued four times a year, at the end of each term. You must apply to graduate to receive your diploma.
To fill out the form, log in to Beaver Hub and search for "Graduate Students-Apply to graduate."
Diplomas are mailed free of charge. Visit the Office of the Registrar’s webpage Graduating from OSU for information about how to obtain your diploma, order your transcripts and much more.
If you are completing a Certificate, please apply to graduate at the start of the term in which you will complete your certificate requirements so we can complete a final audit and award your certificate. You will not receive a diploma or be eligible to attend commencement. Academic programs that award certificates often provide diploma-like documentation and your accomplishment will be visible on your OSU academic transcript.
