Graduate School

If you are a current OSU graduate student and want to change your degree (for example, from a Ph.D. to an M.S., or from an M.S. to a Ph.D.), change the major you are studying, or add a concurrent degree, please submit a Change of Degree/Major/Certificate form to the Graduate School.

If you’re requesting to change majors or drop a degree, after your request has been approved by the Graduate School, please make sure to notify the major department you are leaving that you will no longer be continuing in that program.
