Business Fundamentals (CERT)

The 18-credit Graduate Certificate in Business Fundamentals is designed for professionals who do not have formal business training and are seeking to advance into management and other leadership positions. Students study the fundamentals of finance, accounting, marketing, law, and operations to understand how all enterprises bring value to their customers, employees, and owners.

The Graduate Certificate in Business Fundamentals is also the first step for students who are potentially interested in pursuing their Master of Business Administration (MBA) or Master of Science in Business (MSB) degree.

The Graduate Certificate in Business Fundamentals can be completed in a single summer or over multiple terms. Students may earn their certificate in conjunction with a concurrent graduate degree or on its own as a standalone certificate.
