Aurora certificate

Available to all Oregon State students, Aurora's online tools and videos help graduate students prepare for and navigate the academic and professional job market. Now available is the opportunity to earn a Certificate of Completion! Students may earn a certificate on their own, or faculty may incorporate it into their professional seminar courses.

There are two certificates of completion in Aurora: one for faculty careers, and a second for professional careers. After watching a series of videos and completing a short survey at the end of each one, graduate students can earn their Certificate of Completion in about 15 hours.

To get started, log in to Aurora and choose either Faculty Careers or Professional Careers, and then start with the first module. Find quizzes at the bottom of each video page.

We encourage graduate students seeking writing and research support to contact the Graduate Writing Center via the online appointment request form. The GWC hours are noon to 4 p.m., Monday through Friday throughout the summer.
