Graduate school can be overwhelming at times. Meditation has a number of health benefits: improving concentration, relaxation, reducing stress, sleeping better. Stop by the Graduate Student Success Center and learn to train your mind and enjoy life more!

The Graduate Writing Center serves graduate students by assisting with job applications, IRB materials, proposals, seminar papers, conference presentations, and last but not least theses and dissertations.
