A common issue affecting the GET application review page has to do with the Flash web browser plug-in. If you are using Chrome as your browser, please try the following.
1. Select the Export button.
If the Check Flash button appears adjacent to the Export button as shown in the following image, Flash needs to be enabled.
2. To enable Flash, click the lock icon beside the site URL at the top of your browser. Chrome comes with a built in version of Flash. You are not required to install a separate Flash plugin to enable Flash in Chrome.
3. Select Allow from the drop down menu next to Flash.
4. If Flash is not listed in the open window, select Site settings from the list.
5. Next, select Allow from the drop down menu next to Flash.
6. Reload the page after making the change.
7. Select the Export button again. Additional buttons should appear allowing you to export all or only visible columns.
