  • Research Photo Competition Winners Announced

    The top three winners from our annual photo competition will be announced on the photo contest page. This contest is open to all currently enrolled Oregon State University master’s or doctoral graduate students in both thesis and course-based programs.

  • Workshop with Hugh Kearns: The Balanced Researcher

    Graduate students have a lot to juggle between coursework, research, teaching, family, and other commitments. This workshop will describe the most useful strategies that thousands of researchers have found helpful in balancing the many demands on their time. All graduate students welcome. Registration required.

    Want to learn how to write a grant? Learn winning tips from the good people at the Graduate Writing Center for how to make your next proposal a success. Open to all graduate students.

  • Pilates and Mobility Fusion Class

    Have you been sitting in a chair for too long? Join Faculty Staff Fitness to get moving with an hour-long Zoom session combing Pilates with mobility and flexibility exercises to loosen up and strengthen your body. Open to all graduate students. Registration required.

  • CV and Resume Review

    Join the Career Development Center to get feedback on your CV or resume through 15-minute Zoom sessions with an expert. Sign up for a time slot via Handshake.

  • Pet and Plant Pageant

    Do you have a cute pet or a houseplant that you’d love to show off? Join us for a Zoom pageant showcasing our companions. Feel free to dress up your pets and your plants or they can come as they are! Amazon gift card raffle for participants. Students from all campuses welcome. Registration required.

  • Workshop with Hugh Kearns: Imposter Syndrome

    The session will explain why high performing people often doubt their abilities and find it hard to enjoy their successes. It will also show the links to perfectionism and self-handicapping strategies such as procrastination, avoidance and overcommitment. Open to all graduate students. Registration required.

  • Campus Discovery Walk

    Get outside and explore the Corvallis and Cascades campuses through a self-guided walk. Are you an Ecampus student or at one of our centers in Newport and Portland? You can participate using Google Street View! Free donuts or Grad School swag for everyone who completes the walk.
