Graduate students from around the state face off in Corvallis on May 21. The top three winners from local 3MT competitions at participating Oregon universities will compete. Institutions include Portland State University, Oregon Health & Science University, University of Oregon and Oregon State University.

The 3MT research competition, developed by The University of Queensland, challenges graduate students to give a compelling, three-minute presentation about their thesis, or project topic, with a single slide. Judges evaluate presentations for comprehension, engagement, and communication. Read the full judging criteria »

First, second and people's choice will be awarded $1,000, $500, and $500.
