    Each year, the Graduate School and Valley Library present a wprkshop focused on locating sources of support, both internal and external to OSU. The WS 518 students are ready to start recruiting grad student participants for their surveys and focus groups. There are two teams total, looking for Graduate Student Mothers or Queer* identified Graduate Students. If you qualify for one of these research projects, please take the time to participate in a survey or focus group. ACE Research Internship Positions Open

American Council of Education (ACE) has announced two new research internships opening in Washington DC. There are two tracks: (1) the Academic Year Program for doctoral students, and (2) the Summer Internship Program for master's or doctoral students. They are currently recruiting doctoral students for the 2013-14 academic year.

Listen Up! Investigating the Intersections of Sound and Technology

Psychologists suggest that listening, be it passive or active, is central to communication, healthy aging, prevention and treatment of disease, and psychological well-being. Neuroscientists have built onto this body of knowledge, providing evidence about the neural mechanisms underlying sound in relation to social functioning, cognition, and emotion.

  • Resource Fair: 1:00 pm – 4:00 pm
  • BBQ in the Park: 5:30 pm – 7:30 pm
