Within two business days after submitting an admission application, non-engineering applicants will receive an email with a link to the online reference management tool. Applicants in the College of Engineering will continue to use the Engineering Supplemental Application. 

  • Applicants must indicate whether they waive the right to review letters
  • Three names and email addresses can be submitted by the applicant 
  • Applicants can change/edit a recommender (if a letter has not been received)
  • Applicants can check whether a letter has been received, but cannot read/delete letters
  • Applicants can trigger email reminders to reference writers
  • Reference writers will receive a generic form
  • Writers can cut/paste, or type directly into form (no upload)
