These directions are for Google Hangouts to participate in Ask the Grad School. 

  1. Log into Gmail using Google Apps for OSU using your full ONID email address and password. You probably already do this to access your ONID email. This page has the link to logging into Gmail.
  2. In Gmail, use the Chat search to find Karen Hanson.

  3. Once you find her, click the message button to start a conversation
